Teaching Philosophy I aim to always bring humor, a positive attitude and high expectations to my classroom each day. I believe that if a student feels valued and supported in the classroom community, combined with a thoughtful and data-driving curriculum, they will soar.
A little bit about Ms. Bartashevich...This is my 9th year teaching for the Merrimack Valley School District. I started my teaching adventures in kindergarten and am now loving second grade! This is such a wonderful school to work in! I have a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Education from Keene State College. I love the curiosity and creativity of students. Asking questions comes so naturally! They make me smile everyday, which makes this one of the best jobs on the planet!
Sometimes students think that their teachers live at the school! Though it may feel like that, when I am not at school I enjoy reading, kayaking and getting active! I also love hanging out with my dog Wheezy, who I rescued almost 6 years ago! She is a great exploring companion and loves to hear all about my school adventures!
